The one rule that matters for beginners: don't overtrade
Flow's biggest early mistake was trying to trade as much as possible. The fix that turned his profits around: patience, no greed, and no more than two trades a day.
"Let me trade as much as possible so I can make this money" — Flow calls that the biggest mistake he ever made. You won't be a profitable trader hopping into 15–20 trades a day. His fix: patience, not being greedy, and no more than two trades a day. "Get your money and walk away." His profits went up once he did.
Trade less, keep more
Flow's own turnaround came from restraint: "you're not gonna be a profitable trader trying to hop into 15, 20 different trades in one day." The rule he settled on — patience first, don't be greedy, and "don't do more than two trades a day" — is the same discipline behind his other Shorts. "Once I started doing that, my profits greatly increased. Get your money and walk away."
