The two-trades rule: how Flow's 'trained money voice' keeps him disciplined
Things only got better when Flow trained his mind. His rule is simple: two trades a day, win or lose — then you're done. Every loss came from breaking it.
Things got better when Flow trained his mind. His "trained money voice" says: only take two trades a day — win or lose. If I take two trades, I'm done. Anytime he traded outside that rule, that's when he started taking losses. The rule matters more than the outcome of any single trade.
Win or lose, two and done
"My trained money voice is going to say: only take two trades a day. It doesn't matter if I win or if I lose — if I take two trades, I'm done. That's what my rules say." The discipline is refusing to keep going, even when you're up. "Anytime I've traded outside of that, that's when I start taking my Ls."
