The 3 inputs Flow runs before every trade
Technicals, fundamentals, and market sentiment. Flow's 20-second rule is to run all three before he invests — whether it's a long-term hold, a swing, or a day trade.
Three inputs drive every trade Flow makes: technicals, fundamentals, and market sentiment. Run all three every time — before a long-term hold, a swing trade, or a day trade — and, in his words, "I guarantee you it will make you a better investor."
Technicals, fundamentals, sentiment
Flow keeps the checklist short on purpose. Technicals are what the price and the chart are doing. Fundamentals are what the business is actually worth. Market sentiment is how the crowd feels about it right now. Any one of them alone can fool you; together they keep you honest.
Same three, every timeframe
The inputs don't change with your style — they scale to it. A long-term investor weighs fundamentals heaviest; a day trader leans on technicals and sentiment. But checking all three before you commit money is the habit that separates a decision from a guess.
