If you remember one thing: patience (and do your own research)
Flow's one takeaway: patience — with yourself, with life, with trading. It won't all come immediately. And always do your own research, even when you hear it from him.
If you take one thing from Flow, take patience. Patience with yourself, with life, with your family, and with trading — "it's not going to all come through immediately, it's going to take some time." And the second half: "do your own research always, even if you hear it from me."
The long game rewards patience, not urgency
Nearly every mistake in markets is impatience wearing a costume — forcing trades, chasing gains, bailing early, buying on someone else's word. Flow's fix is unglamorous: give it time. Progress compounds slowly, and rushing it is how people blow up. Pair that patience with independence — do your own research, even on ideas you got from Flow — and you've removed the two biggest ways beginners lose.
