You already have the skills to invest — you just don't know it yet
Fantasy football, wedding planning, hunting a Black Friday deal, running a household — if you've done any of those, Flow says you already have the skills to do well in the market.
You already have the skills to be successful in the stock market — you just apply them elsewhere. Flow's point: if you play fantasy football, plan a wedding, hunt down a Black Friday deal, or run your own household, you're already researching, comparing, budgeting and making decisions under uncertainty. Those are the exact skills investing rewards.
You research and decide every day
The story beginners tell themselves is that investing is a different species of hard — only for finance people. It isn't. Setting a fantasy lineup is comparative research. Planning a wedding is budgeting and trade-offs. Chasing a Black Friday deal is valuing something against its price. Running a household is cash-flow management. "If you've done any of those, you possess the skills to be very, very successful in the stock market." The barrier was never ability — it's just starting.
