Flow's swing setup: quality company, bad news, enter at the money, hold
Flow's repeatable swing: a quality company on bad news, enter at-the-money, and hold long-dated (up to ~2 years). The bad-news dip is the discount; the quality is why it recovers.
Flow's swing checklist is four parts: quality company, bad news, enter at the money, and hold for the long term (up to about two years). The idea: a strong company sold off on a headline is on discount, so you buy a long-dated at-the-money option and give it time to recover. He says one such swing on a quality name once returned about $165,000 — his own example, not a promise.
Buy quality on bad news, then wait
The setup pairs two things: a business good enough to bounce back, and a moment of fear that marks it down. Entering at-the-money on a long-dated contract buys time for the recovery to play out instead of betting on next week. The discipline is patience — you're holding months, not minutes. Flow's big single-trade result is his own anecdote and not typical; options can also expire worthless. Educational content, not investment advice.
